Park Colonial, where the land allocated at Woodleigh Lane has pulled in the best offer of more than S$700 million out of the Government Land Sales (GLS) program. The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) stated that the 99-year-leasehold site near to the Woodleigh MRT station sits on 210,402 sq ft with a gross floor area of 631,206 sq ft that can be produced into around 735 homes.

The best tender submitted in the most recent tender shows that the developers of Park Colonial will have to set the price of the property close to a range of $1700 to $1800 which might be the future selling price based along the Upper Serangoon Road.
